• Delivery and Installation of Curtains and Blinds

    Your bespoke curtains and blinds will be delivered and installed by our experienced curtain fitter, as detailed on your quotation. Please ensure that the area is cleared of furniture and accessories ahead of his arrival.
    On rare occasions it may not be possible to find the necessary “fixings” within the walls of you house for appropriate hardware. You may be asked to employ a joiner to fit “plinths” or other timber preparations in order for the curtain fitter to proceed. There may be an additional cost
    should the curtain fitter have to make a return visit to install. This will be discussed during the site visit, and advice given accordingly.

    Payment of Curtains, blinds and bespoke items.
    Payment terms will be detailed on your quotation. You will be asked to pay a deposit with the remaining balance due three days prior to the installation of your furnishings.

  • Wallpaper Ordering and Returns

    Please note that wallpaper is ordered in especially for you
    and therefore cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged. Where you are unsure of wallpaper roll quantities, we recommend that you order the minimum amount, and we can reserve extra rolls from the same batch in the event that you require more. Wallpaper suppliers are unable to offer returns on the basis that as they move through batches
    returned rolls become obsolete and cannot be re-sold. We would be happy to assist you on the telephone to discuss your wallpaper order, and we offer a sampling service to ensure that you are happy with your order. Please call on 07825 666051 for wallpaper advice ahead of
    placing your order.

  • Delivery and Returns

    We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days where items are in stock. If items are not in stock lead times will be communicated at the time of ordering. For information regarding lead times please call 01721 22271 or 07825 666051. Standard delivery charges within mainland UK start from £12.00 and will be sent either by Parcel-force or with a
    reputable courier company. Heavier, larger or high value items and deliveries to destinations outside of mainland UK will be subject to an
    additional charge which will be calculated at checkout. If you require expedited delivery please contact us by phone on 01721
    722271 or 07825 666051 and we will be happy to arrange this for you.
    International delivery
    We are pleased to offer international delivery. International delivery starts at £20.00. Please contact us for a shipping quote for your order if
    you are outside of mainland UK.
    Customs and import charges are to be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
    Unfortunately we have no control over these charges which vary from country to country. Customers must take full liability for parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges and can expect to have postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling deducted from any refund due. If you return your purchase any
    additional customs charges for the parcel to reach us will be deducted from the refund due.
    Loss & Damages
    We wrap all items securely in reusable packaging to minimise the possibility of damage to goods in transit. In the unfortunate event that

    Returns
    We hope that you enjoy your online purchases from Atticus as much as we have enjoyed sourcing and designing them. If, however, you are not satisfied with your online purchase(s) you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please note that goods must be returned in immaculate unused condition, free of soiling or damage, and in their original packaging. Please note that goods which have been made especially for you are not
    eligible for return unless faulty or damaged. Orders for items to be made especially for you can not be cancelled. Goods purchased in the showroom from display are sold as seen and are not eligible for return or refund.

    In order to return an item please follow the following steps:

    2. 2. Carefully re-package the item(s) you wish to return complete with any original packaging and return the item to: Atticus Interior
    Design, 2 Copperbeech Court, Cavalry Park, Peebles, EH45 9BU

    within 14 days of receipt of your order. We recommend using a
    reputable courier service or sending recorded delivery with adequate insurance as the parcel is sent at your own risk. Atticus Interior Design is not responsible for the return costs.
    3. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment within 30 days of receipt of the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that items returned after 14 days will not be accepted or refunded.
    Please note that custom made or bespoke items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged or faulty.
